Builder Mastery is the final stage of The Builder Access Program
After attending the Pop-Up event and completing the Bootcamp, Builder Mastery is where participants begin applying what they’ve learned in real development environments. This program is designed for individuals who are serious about becoming builders, developers, and real estate investors.

Inside Builder Mastery, members work directly with Joseph Ray and the J&H team while gaining exposure to active construction projects, deal structuring, and land acquisition opportunities. Rather than learning theory alone, participants receive guidance while working through the real process of building new construction homes.

Members receive the 90-Day Guide to New Construction, which serves as a step-by-step framework for planning, evaluating, and executing residential development projects.

Builder Mastery is structured as a hands-on mentorship and partnership experience, where participants gain direct access to the J&H network, resources, and development opportunities.

Builder Mastery is designed to move participants beyond theory and into real-world development. Through direct mentorship with Joseph Ray and exposure to active projects, members gain insight into how builders evaluate opportunities, structure projects, and move from land acquisition to completed homes.

Participants begin to see the discipline, decision-making, and execution required to succeed in new construction development.

Meet Our Host

Joseph and Heather are a married couple that decided to dedicate their lives to leading Gods people to financial freedom. It was Joseph who heard the voice of the Lord while sitting in a sauna during a routine work out say “Your purpose is to lead my people to financial freedom.” It was in that moment that Joseph began to seek the lord concerning How he was supposed to execute this task. After having multiple conversations with Heather, it was decided that Heather would enroll in Real Estate school while Joseph focused on development, acquisitions and renovations. Upon successful completion of Real Estate school, the couple formed what has now become known as Building with J&H Acquisitions LLC. Having purchased more than 16 units over a span of two years, it was clear that God wanted them to use this avenue to teach His people how to become financially free. The pair can often be quoted as saying “Jesus was an entrepreneur that picked twelve budding entrepreneurs to teach, lead and develop a kingdom mindset.” Quotes such as “Jesus was not poor, so why should we be poor.” Joseph and Heather reside in the Arlington area along with their four children.
